PLACING THE ORDER
I have not received a confirmation email?
To begin with, please cross-check that the email address you entered during checkout is correct. If this is the case, please check your junk mail as well; if you haven't received it within 4 hours of placing your order, please use the CONTACT US section and we'll look into it for you. To assist us in locating your order, please send us the full name that appears on it.
I received an email to say my order was unsuccessful?
We apologise for the failure of your order; there are several reasons for this, but it is related to the billing information provided. We recommend please double-check all billing information, including your name and address, and/or use a different payment method.
I have forgotten the password to my account?
To receive a password reset email, please select the FORGOT PASSWORD option on the Account Login Page. You will be prompted to enter your account email address.
Please check your junk mail if you did not receive this email. If you haven't received your password reset email within an hour, please use the CONTACT US page and we'll look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?
If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return, you can check out our returns policy.
Can I Change the shipping address on my order?
If you have made an error in your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible via the CONTACT US section using the email address associated with your order. Please also include your order number AND the correct address.
If your order has already shipped, and you have your tracking details we would also recommend you to contact your courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updates to your address, however depending on the status of your shipment it may not be possible.
Can I change the items on my order?
- We do have a returns policy in place.
The standard return policy may vary for different products or items purchased
during any sales or promotions, but we will always honour our standard return
policy.
- If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with a
refund. Please note that the standard return policy may differ for different
products or items purchased during any sales or promotions.
- All products sold on the site are subject to availability. If they are not available, we will inform you and a refund will be processed for the item.
- This does not happen often, but unfortunately it is more common over peak periods due to the high volume of orders and fast moving inventory. We take as many precautions as we can to avoid this situation, however, it does happen from time to time. Please note Avasha Beauty reserves the right to cancel or amend orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

DELIVERY COST & TIMINGS
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days + Courier Shipping Time
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a flat rate for all domestic shipments to customers in India. This may change in the future..
How do I track my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@avashabeauty.com
I have received my tracking link but it hasn't updated in a while.
- If you try to track your order immediately after receiving your tracking detail email, you may be seeing an error on the courier tracking page. Please wait 12 hours and re-try. This will allow time for your tracking details to generate online and correctly reflect your order status.
- If your tracking details do not update or stay in the same status for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us via CONTACT US so we can review this matter for you.
My package says delivered, but I haven't received it
- We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet.
- Firstly, we would recommend to check your 'Electronic Proof Of Delivery' you can access this via the same DHL / UPS link used to track your order. You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it, in the case that a friend / colleague has received the order for you.

Can I combine multiple orders for delivery?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to combine your orders for delivery. If you place multiple orders, they will be shipped separately and we are so sorry that we are unable to assist further with this request

RETURN POLICY
Can I return my item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for free within 30 days, with the exceptions listed below. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
Can I return items I purchased during a promotion?
The returns policy may vary depending on the promotion. Please see the details below:
If I return my order, when will I be refunded?
- If you have returned your item using the pre-paid label provided by Avasha Beauty it will be checked and verified at our warehouse. If all of the return requirements have been met your refund should be processed within 14 days of the items being received.
- Once your refund has been processed it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. If you can see that your return items have been received and this date has now passed just let us know so we can look into this for you.
- If your items are eligible for a return, we recommend that you use the return label provided by Avasha Beauty as we cannot reimburse you for the return shipping cost if the pre-paid label was not used. If, however, you have returned your items using an alternative return label please also provide tracking details when you get in touch.
My item is damaged, and I want to return it
- If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 30 days of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your pack slip using the CONTACT US section.
- Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange my items?
- Unfortunately, we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?
- You can pay on the site using:
- Credit or debit card - Visa, Mastercard, And all kind of electronic payments.

We will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s, etc.
When will I be charged for my order?
- You will be charged when your order has been verified and approved.

REFUND
How long will it take to receive my refund?
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 7 days to reflect with your issuing bank. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know.
My order was unsuccessful, when will I be refunded?
- If you receive an email to inform you that your order was unsuccessful and has been cancelled, it is unlikely that any money was transferred from your account. An authorization may have occurred, which is just a temporary hold on the funds, and no money has been transferred. In this scenario the hold will be lifted automatically within 48 hours, however this may take longer to reflect with your issuing bank.
- If you have any concerns or questions to whether your card was charged or 'authorized' just let us know.
What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?
- As long as the card account is still open your refund will still go back on that card. We can still process a refund to the same card even if it has been lost, stolen or cancelled.
- We cannot refund your order to another card or payment method.
My refund amount is incorrect, what should I do?
- We are so sorry if there has been an error with your refund.
- Just let us know and we will resolve this for you, first we would recommend to check that there were no discounts applied at the time of sale, and that your delivery charge should have been eligible for refund if it is relating to returned items.
What happens if my product is out of stock?
- when your order is due to be replenished, we will send an email to let you know that we are unable to fulfil your order.

- You can check product ingredients on the product page of the site, you will see a tab called ingredients.
- Ingredient lists may change or vary from time to time. Please refer to the ingredient list on the product packaging you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.
I have taken an allergic reaction to one of your products, what should I do?
- We're sorry that you've had an allergic reaction!
- We would recommend that you stop using the product and get in touch with us. We'll ask you to provide us with some additional details in order to review this further and provide you any recommendations.
