While we hope our products earn their spot in your long-term regime, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are happy to offer exchanges on products which are returned in their original and unopened condition.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on our products. That said, if you have specific feedback for us after opening our products, please let us know so we are happy to find a solution together.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  customerservice@avashabeauty.com if your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to get your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with images if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods unless they are unopened. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

If at the time of delivery and/or within the applicable return policy period, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement/return of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Notify seller of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within the applicable return policy period and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.
  2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages caused by negligence of the user/purchaser/buyer;
  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

Kindly note that if Avasha Beauty has any suspicion or knowledge that any of its buyers is involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false or not genuine, Avasha Beauty may also, while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such member buyers and sellers, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyers and sellers and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Customers who have been blocked for any suspicious or fraudulent activity on Avasha Beauty will not be allowed to return their products. The decision of Avasha Beauty shall be final and irrevocable in this regard.
